Jungle gym

I just liked this group of pics! One of his favorite things is to climb on, through, around, under or however he can manueaver through the kitchen chairs. I love to watch him do it. He hardly ever gets stuck.

A few new things... WALKING...about 15 steps...SO Proud of himself!! Kind of makes four animal noises...horse, elephant, fish, and lion! Drinking whole milk from sippy cup and eating eggs. Getting a molar..so he is a drooling machine again.... and So many more new things everyday. So fun!

Carter loved his package from Brooklynn, Barrett, and Braeden. He was really excited as documented in the pics. I loved the baby doll... he has given it a dozen kisses already. She also gave him a lulliby..sp..cd, that i cant wait until we play it tonight for bedtime.

1st Birthday!!

What fun we had!! Friday we (Stephen, Carter and I) went to the zoo. Carter loves to be outdoors so he enjoyed it...he noticed a few of the animals but was not all that interested. Friday night i had a thing with some girls from church... we had a good time. Then Saturday morning was our ladies retreat at church. The retreat was so good...the focus was II Chron. 7:14..."If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Needless to say, it was a powerful message ...my biggest thing i got from it is be silent before God...SLOW DOWN and listen to HIM. I am in such a horrible mood at the moment, i wish i could go back to this weekend because it was so peaceful and so fun. It was neat how it went so smoothly and easily. Anyway, I stayed until 2pm and then had Carter's family party at 5pm. So here are a few of pictures from this FUN and BLESSED weekend!!

Sweet boy in his running outfit and running shoes!! These are for Denita, Micah and Jenna...they got the outfit and shoes for Carter! It is so my favorite outfit that he has....they know me well!!! Outside and active and Carter loves it also!! He has started kicking and bouncing everytime we get close to a door...thinking he is going to get to go outside. I remember thinking how big the outfit looked last year...I thought that it would be forever before he could wear it and especially the shoes! So fast...cant stand it!

He can now take three or four steps all alone. He gets so excited!
At the moment he has croupe and an ear infection. He is acting surprizingly well for being sick.

The Women of Faith Conference was this weekend...wow...amazing...if it comes near your city you should GO! The women are awesome and Nicole C. Mullens amazing. Stephen is so sick of hearing about it!
