Carter didn't get up until 9a.m. Grandpapa, Grandmama, Papa and Mama Joy all got to the house at 8a.m. We all got to eat breakfast and visit before Carter got up. He got up and was a bit overwhelmed for just a few minutes standing then laying at his door. Then he was super excited!!
